Downtown Disney District — shops and restaurants adjacent to Disneyland. No park ticket required.

Food to Try

  • Mexican food — Southern California does Mexican food better than anywhere else in the US. Tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and street-style elote (grilled corn) from local taquerias
  • In-N-Out Burger — the iconic California fast-food chain. Double-Double with Animal Style fries. A West Coast rite of passage
  • Fish tacos — battered or grilled fish in a corn tortilla with cabbage, salsa, and lime. A SoCal staple
  • Acai bowls — blended acai topped with granola, fruit, and honey. Perfect post-race recovery
  • Craft beer — Orange County has a thriving craft beer scene. Visit local breweries like Bottle Logic or Noble Ale Works

Budget eating: Taco stands and Mexican restaurants serve meals for $8–12. In-N-Out is about $10 for a full meal. Fast-casual options are everywhere in the Resort District.
