How to Use This Tool
1. Select your category and gender – Choose from HYROX, HYROX Pro, Doubles, or Pro Doubles. Gender options adapt automatically (mixed appears for Doubles).
2. Slide to your target finish time – Move the slider to see average split times for athletes who finished within ±3 minutes of that time. For example, "70 minutes" shows data from athletes who finished between 67:00-73:00.
3. Enable comparison mode – Check the box to compare two scenarios side-by-side. Compare your current time vs. goal time, men vs. women, singles vs. doubles, or any combination you want.
4. Hover for details – Hover over any point on the chart to see exact times and differences between your selections.
